Here is a list of resources that will make your home learning experience easier!


Learning Support

A message from the Learning Support and Counselling Team:
Sarah (HS), Jacqui (KS2) and Pam (KS1) will be available during their standard work hours to support teachers, parents/caregivers and children during school closure.
We are available to be of support to the whole ISCT community during this time of uncertainty, please reach out if you need to.

key stage one

Pam Hoffman (KS1 Learning Support and Counsellor) is available for any questions or concerns during this
time and can be contacted on p.hoffman@isct.co.za. The nature of the services offered during the time of the
school closure within Key Stage 1 include the following:

  • Skype/Google Hangout sessions (by prior arrangement or in exceptional cases)
  • Telephonic or email communication
  • Support during the transition and with online learning (including, differentiation and access for our students with different learning needs)

Key stage two


Jaqueline Hurwitz (KS2 Learning Support and Counsellor) is available for any questions or concerns during this time and can be contacted on j.hurwitz@isct.co.za.
The nature of the services offered during the time of the school closure within Key Stage 2 include the following:

  • Skype/ Google Hangout sessions (by prior arrangement or in exceptional cases)
  • Telephonic or email communication
  • Support during the transition and with online learning (including, differentiation and access for our
    students with different learning needs)

High school

Educational Resources for students for extension and support to allay boredom (This list excludes resources which will be included in specific lessons):
