Congratulations to our Year 12 and Y13 classes of 2020!

Our AS and A level results for the November 2020 Cambridge Assessment International Exams were released on Monday 11th. It was with some nervous expectation and anticipation that we awaited this release after the unusual challenges we all faced with the mixed experience of teaching fully online, on-off class-based, and online and finally with most students back in daily face-to-face classes.

What can we say except we are blown away by our students’ results! Here’s a quick summary analysis of the overall results across all subjects to show you why.

Comparison to 2019 results

We are proud to announce that the 44 % AS level subject A grades is 22% up on the % of 2019 A grades; while the 46% A level A*-A grades is a whopping 33% higher than the % of 2019. Remarkable. Well done to the Keystage 5 classes of 2020 and to our dedicated teachers who invest so much expertise, time, and emotional energy into helping each of their students achieve at their best.
